Wirklich außerordentlich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Hatte eine Espresso-Mühle gekauft, leider lief diese nicht mehr ordentlich, als sie ein paar Monate aus der Garantie raus war (Herstellerfehler). Ich konnte die Mühle zu Moema senden und diese haben sie mir perfekt und kostenlos repariert. Der ganze Kontakt war super freundlich, gibt es leider nicht mehr oft heutzutage.
